How to complete your food, mood and stool journals

please allow this to be a judgement free exercise as this type of logging gives us insight into how I can best support you moving forward and also gives us insight into how your digestion is functioning.

  • For the food column, please list amounts, types of foods and time.

  • For the poop column, details are good here. Review the Bristol stool chart so you can start to correlate your bowel movements with numbers as well. Mucus, undigested food, etc., all important to note.


  • For the mood portion, this is how you feel up and down, inside and out, and in all parts of your body. If you think it, track it. Stressed, rushed, relaxed, annoyed, any aches, pains, sleepy, bloating, gas, heartburn, indigestion, food sitting in your stomach, headaches, itchy skin, etc.
